Reclaim

Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

Reclaim ("Reclaim," "we," "us") is a service that helps Discord community owners manage paid memberships across Stripe and Patreon — recovering failed payments, detecting churn risk, and reporting on retention. This policy explains what data we handle and why. It applies to the Reclaim Discord app, dashboard, and related services.

Who the data belongs to

Reclaim is a tool used by community owners ("Server Admins") to run their own paid communities. For their members' data, the Server Admin is the controller and Reclaim is a processor acting on their behalf. If you are a member of a community that uses Reclaim, please also review that community's own policies.

What we collect

We deliberately collect the minimum needed to operate:

We never receive or store raw payment card data. Card numbers and payment methods stay with Stripe and Patreon; Reclaim only ever sees tokens, identifiers, and status.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers (subprocessors)

Reclaim shares data only with the providers required to run the service:

Retention & deletion

We keep data for as long as a community actively uses Reclaim. A Server Admin can disconnect an integration or remove the Reclaim app at any time; we delete or de-identify the associated data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations. To request deletion of your data, contact us at iggy.uga@gmail.com.

Security

Integration tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted, data is transmitted over TLS, and webhooks are signature-verified. No system is perfectly secure, but we design money- and access-related code to fail safe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. We honor these requests — reach us at iggy.uga@gmail.com. Because Reclaim usually acts on a Server Admin's behalf, we may route your request to the relevant community owner.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
