These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reclaim (the "Service"), a tool that helps Discord community owners manage paid memberships across Stripe and Patreon. By adding the Reclaim app to a Discord server or using its dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the community you connect (the "Server"). By connecting a Server, a payment platform (Stripe/Patreon), or a Discord account, you represent that you are permitted to do so and to authorize Reclaim to act on that community's behalf.
Reclaim synchronizes paid-member status from connected platforms, grants and revokes Discord roles accordingly, retries failed payments (dunning), estimates churn risk, sends opt-in win-back messages, and reports retention and revenue metrics to Server Admins. You are responsible for configuring the Service (tier-to-role mappings, win-back settings, message copy) and for the communications it sends on your behalf.
Reclaim is not a payment processor and does not hold funds or handle raw card data. All charges, refunds, and payouts are handled by Stripe and Patreon under their own terms. Reclaim only reads membership status and identifiers from those platforms. You are responsible for your own compliance with the terms of any payment platform you connect.

The Service depends on Discord, Stripe, and Patreon. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Reclaim is not responsible for their availability, actions, or changes. Reclaim may be unavailable if a third-party provider is.
We provide the Service on an ongoing basis but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that churn/revenue estimates are accurate. Reclaim is designed to fail safe (when uncertain, it does not revoke access or send messages), but you remain responsible for verifying outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaim and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim (or, if the Service was free during that period, USD $50).
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting integrations and removing the Reclaim app from your Server. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
